The war between rapper Chris Brown and Liziane Gutierrez, the woman who accused him of battery, has turned into an "ugly" war.

That's because Brown, who allegedly confiscated her mobile phone, yelled at Gutierrez and punched her on the right eye, called the woman "ugly" and cited her past. He says Gutierrez is known for accusing celebrities, citing an incident with Jason Derulo who reportedly did not allow her to attend Derulo's afterparty, reports TMZ.

Brown says he plans to file a lawsuit against his accusers whom he describes as crazy individuals who keep lying on his name.

However, Gutierrez insists she was invited by friends to Derulo's afterparty. In response to Brown caller her "ugly," she said in a video post that he is "uglier" and adds that he has a darker past, alluding to battery convictions for the rapper who physically hurt singer Rihanna, Brown's girlfriend then. The conviction made Australia and New Zealand deny visa to the rapper for a 2015 concert series in the two Oceania nations.

Nicola Perna, spokeswoman of Brown, denies Gutierrez's accusation. She points out that Gutierrez was escorted out of Brown's afterparty at the Palms Casino Resort because she was disruptive and out of control. While waiting for the hotel security to return her cellphone, Perna claims that Gutierrez had a total meltdown by throwing her purse and claiming she could buy everyone in the hotel.

Perna adds that the resort's security cameras has captured the behavior of Gutierrez.

However, Brown has a long criminal record of physical assault involving other celebrities and ordinary people, including musicians Drake and Frank Ocean, and a Maryland man whom he punched in the nose while on probation for his 2009 conviction of assault charges filed by Rihanna.
