Enthusiastic gamers and members of Sony's PlayStation Plus and Microsoft's Xbox Live Gold can get access to some free games which are available to download. After downloading free games in December, gamers are now anxiously looking forward to the free games for January 2016.
While Microsoft has already announced the Xbox free games with Gold for January 2016 earlier this week, PlayStation fans are still waiting for Sony's announcement of January 2016 PlayStation Plus free games.
Fred Dutton, community manager for PlayStation, twitted that the announcement of the PlayStation Plus free games for January 2016 is likely to be announced this week, and the wait is finally over. He also added that on Tuesday, Jan. 5, the list of January 2016 PlayStation Plus titles will go live on PlayStation store.
This announcement surprised PlayStation fans because normally the list will be out two weeks earlier. With Xbox list of free games for 2016 being out already which includes "Killer Instinct" and "Deus Ex: Human Revolution," PlayStation fans are definitely hoping for something big with the desire that Sony will not disappoint them.

1. Dragon Age: Origins (Available for PS3)
2. Grim Fandango Remastered, (Available for PS4 and PS Vita)
3. Hardware: Rivals, (Available for PS4)
4. Legends of War Patton, (Available for PS Vita)
5. Medal of Honor Warfighter, (Available for PS3)
6. Nihilumbra, (Available for PS Vita)
Since many known titles didn't make it to the list, let's just hope that we can see some of them on February 2016 PS Plus Free Games.
