New "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" details will feature a new backstory for Wonder Woman and Zack Snyder comments on the Man of Steel and The Dark Knights first encounter.
A new backstory for Dian Prince/Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) has been depicted in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" as Intagram username wonderwomanbr posted a photo of a new Wonder Woman merchandise and revealed Diana's role in the film.
According to the merchandise description, Wonder Woman is depicted as the first and foremost superhero as she embodied the unrivaled force and supreme grace of a warrior, and a genuine compassion and understanding of a true humanitarian.
Just like in the comics, Wonder Woman is the symbol of truth, power and equality itself. Her natural confidence and unmistakable intelligence makes her unequaled and unexpected ally to everyone. Diana's civilian identity and job describes her as an Antiquities Dealer, a somewhat fitting disguise for her since Wonder Woman existed for 5,000 years and her first solo film will have witness events in World War 1, Screenrant reported.
Film director Zack Snyder stated that Wonder Woman's arrival in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" will able her to convince both Bruce Wayne/Batman (Ben Affleck) and Clark Kent/Superman (Henry Cavill) to set aside there animosity and unite as allies against a far greater threat, evidence that three heroes will battle Doomsday in the film.
In other news, Snyder had several comments regarding Superman and Batman's encounter during the events of the movie.
The "300" director told DC All Access the moral complexities for both Batman and Superman in the movie as he shared that Superman will be seen as a pop culture reference as he rights the wrongs of every situation and has been basically a hero. But, when the audiences see him they will notice a a paradigm shift in his goal saving the day, as every action has an reaction and that moment will question his place in the world.
When asked about what Batman thinks of Superman, Znyder stated it isan interesting take since Bruce Wayne did not know who Superman is behind the red cape. He only knows as a public figure, but he finds something about him, Bruce begins to doubt him. He has witnessed the destruction of Metropolis during "Man of Steel" film and considers the thought of stopping if ever became a threat, Collider reported.
"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" will be release in cinemas on March 25.
