Good news "Naruto" franchise enthusiasts as fresh details pertaining to a new manga series and a "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" DLC pack 2 was recently released.
The sequel to the famous manga series "Naruto," titled "Boruto," will debut in Shuiesha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine on May 9. The upcoming manga series will be released via Weekly Shonen Jump in Japan, while North American countries can read the "Naruto" spin-off "Boruto" manga series via Viz Media.
The "Boruto" manga series, which will be released once a month, is based on Naruto Uzumaki and Hinata Hyuga's son Boruto, and will explore the life of new generation ninjas. It is said that the storyline of the new manga series will start after the conclusion of the Ninja War. Fans of "Naruto" franchise can expect new characters and old characters joining Naruto's son in the series. "Boruto" manga series is said to debut on Shonen Jump's 23rd issue.
Aside from "Boruto," Saiyan Island reported that one more chapter of "Naruto" will be featured in the combined 21st and 22nd issue of Shonen Jump, which will take place on April 25. The said chapter will be a one-shot section about Boruto, which is part of the original Masashi Kishimoto's "Naruto" manga series.
Kishimoto, however, will not stick in designing the rest of the series, as his assistant Mikio Ikemoto and Ukyo Kodachi will work closely to create, write and design the rest of "Naruto's" spin-off. Although, Kishimoto will still be helping Ikemoto and Kodachi throughout the "Boruto" series.
On other "Naruto" news, new screenshots were released by Bandai Namco for "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" DLC Pack 2, Anime Games Online reported. The second DLC pack of "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" will feature Gaara; however, no specific release date schedule was given for this 3-hour long gameplay addition.
Rumors suggest that similar to "Shikamaru's Tale," "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" DLC Pack 2 will arrive a week earlier to those who availed the season pass, and later will be available to all game owners.
It can be noted that "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4's" first DLC "Shikamaru's Tale" was priced at $9.99, while no price yet was divulged to the second DLC Pack. However, according to reports, the "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" DLC Pack 2 will likely have the same price tag as "Shikamaru's Tale."
