Aside from the PPV matches slated on Wrestlemania 32, WWE offers three intriguing kick-off matches to spice up the show before the big matches. The Wrestlemania kick-off shows features Kalisto defending his US Championship against Ryback, Total Divas battling Team BAD and Blonde and the Usos going head-to-head with legendary tag-team, the Dudley Boyz.
Kalisto vs. Ryback for United States Championship:
After fending off Alberto Del Rio for good, US Champion Kalisto will be taking on another tough challenger in Ryback at Wrestlemania 32.
While putting the US championship in the pre-show is a big blow to the belt's prestige, Kalisto has a great opportunity to enhance his stock further with a victory at Wrestlemania 32. On the other hand, winning an individual belt would be a big boost for Ryback who has been looking for that head-turning moment that would put him back in the big league.
In the 3-man panel of WWE legends, Shawn Michaels and Mick Foley all favored Ryback to win over the high-flying luchador. Edge, meanwhile, still believed Kalisto will retain the gold. I go with Edge on this.
Winner: Kalisto
Total Divas vs. Team BAD and Blonde
The 10-women tag-team match is more than just a send-off party for the retiring Brie Bella. For Alicia Fox, Eva Marie, Paige and Natalya, it will serve as the perfect platform for them to stake a claim for the Divas Championship, which is also on the line tonight.
HBK, Foley and Edge all agreed the depth and experienced of competitors on the Total Divas side would be too much for the Team BAD and Blonde to overcome.
Winner: Total Divas
The Dudley Boyz vs. the USOS
This is basically a no.1 contender match for the WWE tag-team championship. There's no question the Usos have grown tired of the Dudley Boyz bullying act in the locker room. But the question do they have what it takes to topple one of the most celebrated Tag-Team in wrestling history. For Shawn Michaels, Mick Foley and Edge, the Dudley Boyz will be simply too much to handle at Mania.
Winner: Dudley Boyz
