The possible departure of Michael Weatherly, who plays Tony DiNozzo in the series, will open a door for new characters to enter the popular CBS show "NCIS." It has been reported that Leroy Jethro Gibbs, played by Mark Harmon, has found replacements for Tony in "NCIS" season 13.
CBS noted that Clayton Reeves is a perfect fit for the role of Duane Henry, who is set to be in the last two episodes of "NCIS" season 13. The Executive Producer of the show, Gary Glasberg, said that the team thinks that Henry is the perfect person for the role due to his charm and athletic built. Glasberg added that the NCIS team could not wait for him to join the show.
To balance the blend, the upcoming episodes of "NCIS" season 13 is said to include a female agent to join the team. Sarah Clarke will play the FBI agent who came from New York. Based on her profile, Clarke's character is single with no kids, but with multiple divorces in her relationship-resume.
According to reports, Henry and Clarke will appear in "NCIS" season 13 episode 23 and episode 24, which are scheduled to be aired on May 10 and 17 respectively. Perhaps, fans' response to their entry will justify whether the two new actors in the series will have a chance to be one of the regulars of succeeding "NCIS" seasons.
On the other note, TVLine reported that the upcoming "Homefront" episode of "NCIS" season 13 will guest star Reiko Aylesworth, who will play the role of Anne Marshall. She will be the wife of a Marine Master Sergeant, and a mother of a very tough teenage son who protected their home from the bandits. The same report added that the "Homefront" episode shall continue the plot of a British spy illegally came to the United States with a mission of revenge, targeting the NCIS team who are accountable for the death of his wife.
