The next series of "Grand Theft Auto" will hit the globe with an unexpected spin on its gameplay - a female protagonist and a brand new location away from the U.S. local.
Its predecessor, "GTA 5," took a groundbreaking history after being labelled as the most fastest selling video game. This sales history proves how much people love "GTA" game, and how it will produce a huge expectation from "GTA 6" than any other game.
But recently, the possibility of a next series on the "GTA" franchise has been carefully predicted to be on 2018, based on the fact that the last two titles had a gap of five years between them, according to a GTA6 website.
Though there is no official announcement of the release date coming from its game developer, President of Rockstar North, Leslie Benzies, has shared a slight improvement on the speculations. "We've got about 45 years worth of ideas we want to do," she said in a press conference.
More so, ahead of its upcoming release, fans have been relying on the several reports about the franchise's fresh updates and the sneak peak of "GTA 6's" home.
Apparently, The Sun revealed about the change of the game's location, potentially a location away from the American shores - this time in London.
In an interview made by The Guardian on Rockstar's Dan Houser asking question about the possible relocation of the game's setting in the famous city, he said "These days I think we would love to set a game in the UK, set in London, whatever, but I don't know if it would be a GTA game," Houser said. "I think there are plenty of great stories we could tell about the UK, great environments to showcase, great gameplay mechanics that could have a UK bent to them - I just don't think it would be a GTA necessarily."
More so, according to Neurogadget, there is a new speculation that "GTA 6" will feature a female protagonist, which is said to be voiced by Hollywood star Eva Mendes. If this will turn out to be true, the game would give a great impression of how its gameplay touches diversity, and how excitingly a female protagonist will mix with the action-adventure, open world, crime-oriented game of "GTA."
