The latest details for "Injustice 2" will feature two new DC characters added to the roster, a new comic book series and mobile game soon.
NetherRealm Studios announced two new DC characters during this year's San Diego Comic Con event as Wonder Woman and Blue Beetle are added to the game's roster. As seen in the trailer, Wonder Woman sports a modified version of her classic outfit in the comics, as players can customize her look by using different armor pieces. It seems that this version of Diana Prince is from the "One Earth" Regime as it is hinted in her conversation with Blue Beetle. Wonder Woman fights using her sword, shield and lasso of truth.
The version of Blue Beetle will be Jaime Reyes, a teenager who uses a alien scarab that bonds with him and transforms into an armored warrior. He uses the scarab armor to fight crime and becomes the third Blue Beetle. Jaime Reyes will feature a variety of weaponry and armor in "Injustice 2".
Both Wonder Woman and Blue Beetle will join the roster along with Superman, Batman, Aquaman, The Flash, Supergirl, Gorilla Grodd and Atrocitus. Other characters that speculated to join "Injustice 2" include Black Canary, Zoom, Vixen, Captain Cold, Swamp Thing, Doctor Fate, Green Lantern and many more.
