The worst place to be in during a Friday afternoon rush hour is in traffic. However, that may change if the videotron in front of you is showing porn.
It was the experience on Friday afternoon of Indonesian travelers in Jalan Prapanca, Kebayoran Baru in South Jakarta. The videotron suddenly started to stream an adult video clip showing an Asian woman. A man joins her and the two indulge in sex. The Asian woman is shown making erotic facial expressions, reported Rappler.
Travelers and residents immediately whipped out their mobile phones and took pictures and videos of the free porn show on the mega screen on a public highway. The videos were posted on Twitter, causing the hashtag #videotron to be trending on Friday afternoon.
Some of those who captured images of the porn show tagged Jakarta Governor Basuki “Ahok” Tjahaya Purnama and the metropolitan police to call their attention to the scandalous video show. When the Jakarta Provincial Government learned of the porn streaming, it ordered the cut off of the videotron’s power.
Meanwhile, another Asian woman is the talk of the Philippines because of her alleged sex video scandal. Former Justice Secretary Leila de Lima, now a senator, is considered a nemesis of Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte for initiating a Senate probe on human rights violations as part of the Davao Death Squad that killed criminals in the southern city when Duterte was still mayor.
The emergence of the sex video – supplied by a Filipino-American woman – is seen as a political vendetta because de Lima is also a vocal critic of Duterte’s anti-drug campaign which has resulted in the extrajudicial killing of 3,000 Filipino addicts and drug pushers. Duterte just threatened to imitate Hitler and decimate 3 million Filipino addicts and pushers.
However, those who have seen the video – said to have been taken for the porn site Redtube – say the woman in the sex video only looks similar to de Lima. But there are questions why the woman in the video was wearing eyeglasses similar to the senator’s spectacles while having sexual intercourse with an apparently black man.
To add drama to the scandal, Duterte is accusing de Lima of using her alleged driver-lover to collect money from drug lords incarcerated in the national penitentiary when she was still justice secretary under the previous government. Current Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre has threatened to show the sex video at the next House committee hearing investigating de Lima’s alleged links with drug lords. But de Lima insists the evidence the department holds is as fake as the wig of Aguirre.
