Gong Hyo-Jin, 36, expressed her deep gratitude to actor Cha Tae Hyun, 40, for sending a food and coffee truck on the set of SBS's "Jealousy Incarnate." The two stars previously starred in KBS 2TV's "The Producers."

On Oct. 3, Monday, the snack truck company shared photos of the actress standing in front of the said food truck. In the caption, the company revealed that the "My Sassy Girl" actor prepared the truck even before the SBS drama premiered.

Due to their schedule kept getting back up, the company ended up delivering the said food truck late. While en route, Gong discovered the coffee truck and was absolutely touched.

The said truck provided homemade cookies and espresso that warmed the body and soul of the entire cast and crew of the ongoing drama. Along with it is a banner that reads, "PD Tak, it's difficult in the newsroom, isn't it? But I'm proud of you 'my Ye Bal'."

In the SBS's Wednesday and Thursday drama "Jealousy Incarnate," Gong portrays a weather broadcaster, Pyo Na-Ri, who had an optimistic personality. Despite her lack of connections, Pyo Na-Ri keeps on working hard to keep her place at the broadcasting station.

"My role is far from naïve and innocent," The Kpop Herald quoted Gong as saying before a group of local reporters. "My character resembles many other ordinary women in workplaces in that she may talk behind the back of her boss without hesitating. It seems to satisfy ordinary career women and resonate with them."

However, many weather forecasters disapproved of the supposedly unflattering portrayal of their profession in the series. Soon after "Jealousy Incarnate" premiered on Aug. 24, weather forecaster "A" of a major broadcast network expressed her displeasure in an interview with a local news outlet Star News, as cited by All Kpop.

The real-life weather forecaster stressed that the unflattering portrayal has downgraded their profession way too much. She added that the part where those who do not make it as announcers become weather forecasters is exaggerated, stressing that the drama is portraying their profession without even knowing their actual job.
