The latest details and spoilers for 'Logan' will feature Professor X's possible death, X-23's origin and a new storyboard.
Director Jame Mangold tweeted several images of "Logan's" storyboards in the film. The photo will feature Logan/Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) coming out of his car with commotion on the road, while the second photo will have Logan popping out his adamantium laced claws, getting ready for a fight
"Logan will be the most violent of of all three "Wolverine" spin-offs and it will based on the comic book storyline "Old Man Logan". Wolverine will be depicted as an old and broken mutant whos healing abilities are starting to diminish due to the many facial scars on his face and body.
Logan will be joined by an aging Professor Charles Xavier(Patrick Stewart) who behest him to protect a young mutant girl named Laura (Dafne Keen), who has the same powers as him. Wolverine will be facing against cyborg mercenaries called Reavers under the leadership of Donald Pierce (Boyd Holbrook).
Meanwhile, it seems one of the characters in "Logan" will likely die during the film's plot as several fans suggest that Professor Xavier could be the one being burried in a funeral, while others believed that it could be the mutant Caliban (Stephan Merchant) or an unnamed X-Men member, ComicBook reported.
Aside from the character death, the official "Logan" Instagram page posted a new photo which feature several medical supplies.
The focus of the picture is on the mysterious device that could be used to inject mutant powers or a mutant cure. The tools may be tied to the creation of X-23, as Laura Kinney’s claws are likely to be imbued with adamantium in the same fashion as Logan when he became Wolverine.
Other theories suggest that the equipment could be used to help heal Logan and Charles Xavier in the wake of battle; or be part of a desperate attempt to get their powers back, Screenrant reported.
Laura/X-23 in "Logan" is described as having an "authentic" intensity as her expression and body language speaks volumes and she is not very experienced in the outside world as anything is new to her. She lacks social skills and every new thing she encounters might scare, anger or even bore her. She eats like an animal, but with an high IQ, as she often studies and mimics other peoples movements. Lastly, Laura is tempermental, impulsive and feral in nature.
"Logan" will be in cinemas on March 3, 2017.
