The latest details for "Overwatch" will feature three characters being nerfed and Terry Crews voicing Doomfist to happen soon.
It seems that "Expendables" star Terry Crews has teased gaming fans once again as he posted a question on Facebook asking fans if they wanted him to voice Doomfist for real this time.
Crews post stir the gaming fans once again ever since his visit at Blizzard Entertainments HQ as several speculations hinted that Crews will likely voice the next DLC hero in "Overwatch" this year.
The "White Chicks" actor has been known to be a celebrity gamer, who has built his own gaming PC and plays "Overwatch" regularly. While it may assume that his visit from Blizzard Entertainment might be for personal enjoyment, gaming fans could not help wonder if Crews will likely be voicing Doomfist for "Overwatch" and launching the character sometime next year.
Doomfist is hinted to join "Overwatch" and was featured in the first animated short of the game. According to former "Overwatch" story teller Chris Metzen, Doomfist is a generational character all using the same super-powered gauntlets for both heroics and villainy.
Three characters who have used Doomfist have been featured in "Overwatch", with two characters being named Savior and Scourge, while the other is called the Successor, in this case the next person to adopt the mantle of Doomfist and possibly a future DLC character soon.
Other characters are rumored to join "Overwatch's" roster are Liao and Athena.
Meanwhile, Blizzard Entertainment looks to nerf three characters in "Overwatch" in their latest PTR update.
First of these heroes is the DLC sniper Ana with the healing boost of her Biotic Grenade being cut in half, as it is proven to be too efficient for players durinh matches.
The next hero is D.Va, which she will have her armor dropped from 400 to 200 and the damage of her bullets dropped from 3 to 2. However, it’s worth noting that D.Va’s health and the number of bullets she shoots per second will be increased with the update, Gamerant reported.
Lastly,Roadhog will have his hook ability will be nerf as stated by game designer Geoff Goodman. Goodman stated in the "Overwatch" forum website that victims of Roadhog's hook ability will be now move in to the position directly in front of "Roadhog", rather than just a straight line towards him. This move was not well liked by players who are enjoying using Roadhog in matches.
However, Blizzard reveal some improvement with Sombra in "Overwatch" as she can hack enemies at in 0.8 seconds instead of the one full second it currently takes. In addition, "Overwatch" players can now equip four emotes, sprays, and voice lines for each character, so they should be able to get more mileage out of the items they earn from loot boxes.
"Overwatch" is currently available for the PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
