A special event for the "Resident Evil 7" game will be to London, England. The participants of the event will be tasked to explore the Baker family home in real life.
According to Game Rant, the "Resident Evil 7 Experience" will be held over the course of four days in London, England. It will occur from Jan. 20 to Jan. 23, and it will be a free event, with tickets being offered to 28 pairs of fans on each day.
Fans planning to attend should act fast, as the ticket distribution will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Regardless, the "Resident Evil 7 Experience" features the real-life rendition of the Baker family home featured in the upcoming game.
Participants of the event are tasked to explore the place. Additionally, the exploring pair will need to solve puzzles in order to unlock the fate of the journalists who disappeared in the Baker home. The whole experience is expected to last for about 45 minutes to an hour.
It is not the first time for the "Resident Evil" franchise to give players a taste of a game-inspired location. After all, as fans can remember Capcom had a Halloween promotion that was loosely based on "Resident Evil 7," but it seems that the event will bear a much closer resemblance to the game.
Additionally, according to VR Focus, the participants of the "Resident Evil 7: The Experience" event will take on the role of intern reporters for The Sewer Gators, a paranormal TV production team who tasks the pair to investigate the disappearance of their crew. However, the location of the Baker house itself is a secret.
Thankfully, participants will have a debrief session at the Dray Walk Gallery before plunging into the horrors of the Baker House. The location's address is 91 Brick Lane, London E1 6QL, and the session will start at 6:30am EST.
"Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" will be released on Jan. 24 for the PC, PS4, PS VR and Xbox One. Here is the trailer for the "Resident Evil 7: The Experience" event:
