Come April and "Star Wars" fans will gather up once again in Orlando for the Star Wars Celebration event as they are very much optimistic that they will be treated with a teaser of some sorts for "Episode VIII." Nonetheless, leaks about the teaser have sprouted as of late giving details on what fans will see in the trailer for the upcoming installment.
Contrary to previous rumors, a couple of teasers will be shelled out for the next "Star Wars" film where one clip will be shown to the public whilst the other will be seen by the attendees of the above-mentioned "Star Wars" event. Moreover, it is said that the latter will contain scenes showing Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) in action.
It is said that there will be three scenes featuring Luke. One is where he will be seen walking down the stone steps alongside Rey (Daisy Ridley) as they head toward a tree, another scene where both of them are facing each other, and the other where Luke is somewhat meditating on top of a huge rock.
There is another version of such teaser where it is said to showcase Finn (John Boyega) who just came out from a coma, Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac), Captain Phasma (Gwendoline Christie), Leia Organa (Carrie Fisher) and even Snoke (Andy Serkis). This information was originally posted on 4Chan and was later reposted on Reddit's website. Fans are now advised to take these with a grain of salt as it may still lack sauce onto it.
While fans have waited for the trailer of "Episode VIII," Disney's Bob Iger has already seen the space opera flick and lauded such work. There were also rumors prior to Super Bowl LI that the teaser will be shown at the sporting event though it was later on proven to be a false alarm, according to MovieWeb. "Star Wars Episode VIII The Last Jedi" will be out on Dec. 15.
