A $12 Million worth mansion in Beverly Hills, California that was previously owned by international hip hop icon P.Diddy, was recently acquired by the eight-division boxing champion, Manny Pacquiao.
TMZ Sports reports that Pacquiao together with his crew went on the lookout for properties this past weekend. Pacquiao was looking for a property at Los Angeles, California that would soon be the comfortable home of the boxer and his family permanently.
The one that got the boxer's attention is the mansion that P.Diddy formerly called home. The astonishing 10,000 square-foot mansion located within the private-gated areas of Beverly Hills, California.
What appealed to the boxing champion the most was the Mediterranean architecture that the mansion flaunts.The mansion also boasts 7 massive rooms, a state-of-the-art home theater, a unique saltwater swimming pool, a personal Jacuzzi, and a garage that can fit 25 vehicles. Reality Today added that Pacquiao's wife, Jinkee Pacquiao, personally fell in love with the built-in "His & Hers" walk in closet in the master's bedroom.
Pacquiao refused to reveal the full amount of his offer on acquiring the mansion and said that the transaction is still under negotiations.
Pacquiao is currently training in Los Angeles preparing for his big bout against the undefeated Floyd Mayweather Jr. on May 2. He is expected to earn $100-Million in this match. The said match is also expected to be the most lucrative match in the history as it is projected to set new records on pay-per-view sales.
