"The Simpsons" Season 28 episode 18 titled "Kamp Krustier" will air on Fox on March 5, Sunday, at 8 p.m. The episode title refers to the camp where a traumatic incident takes place.
Because of the incident, Bart Simpson (Nancy Cartwright) and Lisa Simpson (Yeardley Smith) have to go home early. Because of this, the sexual encounters of Homer Simpson (Dan Castellaneta) and Marge Simpson (Julie Kavner) are put to an end.
Homer becomes more caring and more productive both as a husband and as a worker. However, what Marge wants is the old Homer.
Before the episode ends, Bart and Lisa will go back Kamp Krustier. The two will deal with their trauma by facing its source.
Also featured in the "Kamp Krustier" episode are the voices of Hank Azaria and Harry Shearer. The latter has been voicing various characters on "The Simpsons" since 1989.
Among the characters voiced by Azaria are Carl, Chief Wiggum and Moe Szyslak. Fans can expect to hear his voice on "The Simpsons" in 2018.
Aside from voicing "The Simpsons" characters, Azaria is also currently filming "Brockmire," a new comedy series that will premiere on IFC on April 5. The veteran voice actor will play the title character in the new show.
"Brockmire" is a "sybaritic love letter to baseball," Deadline quoted Azaria as saying at TCA. The story revolves around a formerly successful Baseball announcer who caught his wife having sex with a stranger on the kitchen floor right before he covers a baseball game, a scene similar to the one featured in "Kamp Krustier."
Among Azaria's "Brockmire" co-stars is Amanda Peet. The actress will play Jules, the strong-willed owner of a struggling minor league baseball team located in a small town, the same publication has learned.
