In a strange turn of events, Bobbi Kristina's famous $ 250,000 diamond ring has gone missing. Kristina, who is in coma for more than a month, was reportedly wearing the ring on the fateful evening when she was found face down in the bathtub.
The diamond ring in question was given to Kristina from her late mother and legendary singer Whitney Houston. When the 22-year-old celebrity child announced her engagement to Houston's adopted son, Nick Gordon, in 2012, she posted the same ring's pic on Instagram, Intouch Weekly reported.
It was reported earlier that Kristina was found unresponsive in the bathtub of her house on Jan 31. She was immediately taken to the hospital where she was put on a life support system. Since then, Houston's only child remains in medically induced coma and is fighting for her life everyday.
Meanwhile, Kristina's father, Bobby Brown, rushed to her side and blamed Gordon indirectly for her daughter's present state. Gordon is allegedly banned from visiting Kristina in the hospital. Gordon recently had a breakdown during an interview with Dr Phil and is reportedly sent to rehab, TMZ reported.
In the meantime, Kristina's family members have noticed the curious absence of the exorbitantly expensive ring. Several injury marks were also noticed on the body of Kristina which has further deepened the mystery.
During the interview with Dr Phil, Gordon went on a rant and said something incomprehensible about the where about of a ring. His mother, who was present by his side on the show, said in confirmation that she has kept the ring safely. However, Gordon and his mother later clarified that they were talking about a different ring and not the one given to Kristina by her Grammy award winning mother.
