"The world's most secure weapon just got hacked," says the CBS TV spot for "NCIS Los Angeles" Season 6, Episode 19. Titled "Blaze of Glory," this week's new episode about a nightmarish missile test shows Hetty seeking computer geek reinforcement, which results in Nell feeling jealous.
"[NCIS Los Angeles investigates] when a missile test is hijacked and the missile is sent off course. Hetty brings in a young computer specialist to assist in the probe, but Nell becomes jealous when the tech guru and Eric start to bond," reads the new "NCIS Los Angeles" episode synopsis.
In the video promo, both the FBI and Homeland Security will be working with NCIS Los Angeles. This suggests the gravity of the problem, which prompts Deeks to say: "Houston, we got a problem."
In the previous episode (spoiler alert), Deeks learns from Hetty that he is under close scrutiny by the LAPD. It remains to be seen whether this week's new episode will have an update on Deeks' case.
This week's guest stars include "Glee" alum Becca Tobin as Blaze Talcott. That her character name figures in the episode title of may not be a coincidence. "NCIS Los Angeles" Season 6, Episode 19 was written by Joe Sachs and directed by Terrence O'Hara.
