Grand Theft Auto 5 PC version will be released on Apr. 14 and game developer Rockstar Games will reveal a new trailer meant to tease fans today.
According to IGN, Rockstar Games will unveil the new trailer on Apr. 2 on the gaming website showing the pc version running at 60 frames per second. The increased speed will prevent any lag or delay.
The current versions of GTA 5 in Xbox One and PS4 are running at 1080 pixels and 30 frames per second. This means that the PC version will run 100% greater than the other platform versions.
Aside from 60fps, game developer Rockstar Games confirmed that the PC version of GTA 5 will include new music and soundtrack, including a collection of soundtracks entitled "The Alchemist" and "Oh No Present: Welcome to Los Santos". This will be released alongside the game title on its release on Apr. 14.
Initially, the PC version was supposed to be released alongside the PlayStation and Xbox versions in September last year. However, the game developer delayed its release on Jan. 27 to work on the needed upgrades of the PC version. Then, it once again pushed back the release to Mar. 27 for "testing and polishing". Now, the release date is currently set on Apr. 14.
As a form of apology to waiting PC gamers on the recent delay, Rockstar Games is giving away additional $200,000 in-game cash that can be used in GTA Online to players who have already placed their pre-orders. The delay is allegedly in order to polish the game as the developers needed more time.
