"Furious 7" actor and former WWE superstar Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson revealed to Muscle & Fitness that he has to eat seven meals per day that contain more than 4,000 calories to maintain the envious bod that he has.
Johnson's regime is very strict and shockingly includes a lot of cod as he consumes protein-dense and low-calorie foods so there is more muscle mass than fat. He does not only have a strict diet plan but is also working with IFBB pro bodybuilder George Farah.
Johnson eats 10 oz of cod, two whole eggs and 2 cups of oatmeal for the first meal; 8 oz of cof, 12 oz of sweet potato and a cup of vegetables for the second; 8 oz of chicken, 2 cups of white rice and also a cup of vegetables for the third; 8 oz of cod, 2 cups of rice, another cup of vegetables and 1 tablespoon of fish oil for the fourth; 8 oz of steak, 12 oz of baked potato and spinach salad for the fifth; 10 oz of cod, 2 cups of rice and salad for the sixth; and 30 g of casein protein, omelet with only ten egg whites, 1 cup of vegetables specifically containing onions, mushrooms, and pepper and 1 tbsp. of omega-3 fish oil for the seventh.
Aside from that, Johnson also gave notes to people who want to build their bodies like his. He shared that he has to do cardio at 4 a.m. to 5 a.m. then he eats meal number one after. He also shared that he consumes 32 oz of Gatorade after working out.
According to E! News, this is not the first time that Johnson shocked everyone about his diet plans as he revealed back in 2013 what his diet contains for him to be able to give justice to his role in the movie "Hercules."
