A TIME 100 honoree, Kim Kardashian recently wrote an exclusive essay for TIME magazine, in which she criticized Barack Obama saying she is very disappointed he has not used the word "genocide" as President.
As she discussed in the essay, Kardashian's her great-great-grandparents in the side of her late father Robert Kardashian Sr. came from Armenia to Los Angeles in 1914, right before the Armenian genocide took place.
"We thought it was going to happen this year," Kardashian wrote. " I feel like we're close but we're definitely moving in the right direction."
Also recently, following Bruce Jenner's interview with Diane Sawyer, Kardashian has expressed his support for his stepfather.
"I support him 100 percent," Kardashian said during an interview with Matt Lauer on the "Today" show. "We all really support him. Is it a hard adjustment? Yes."
According to Kardashian, processing Jenner's decision to transition from male to female caused the Kardashian-Jenner clan to experience "every emotion you could possibly imagine" as they "work out everything as a family and we have the best communication."
When Lauer asked her whether Jenner is ready for the attention following his transition, Kardashian said her stepfather is prepared for it. She explained, "When you're finally ready to be your true self, then you're prepared for anything."
Meanwhile, Kardashian's stepbrother Brody Jenner recently took to Instagram to mock Kardashian's refusal to invite his girlfriend Kaitlynn Carter to her wedding with Kanye West in May 2014, according to Hollywood Life.
