The new LG G4 could be headed for a market debut in the United States on June 2 according to an inadvertent leak at a T-Mobile promotional Twitter account.
The magenta carrier via the @G4Preview Twitter account had accidentally let out that the G4 will be in some of its store on that day.
Not surprisingly, the leak has since been plugged with the Twitter post conspicuously missing though not before providing us with a vital clue as to when the new LG flagship could emerge on the US scene, mentioned Gotta Be Mobile.
T-Mobile has also built itself a reputation of beating the other carriers in the US in launching the other major 2015 flagship devices, namely the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the HTC One M9. This has added further credence to the speculation that the carrier could emulate the same with the LG device as well.
Furthermore, the report that the G4 would debut on T-Mobile only after May 25 has been all too evident as well considering the carrier's initiative to provide prospective buyers a feel of the G4 before its actual launch runs till that day, GSM Arena reported.
A probable launch window of the G4 in the US was missing so far even though the device was unveiled in a glittering event in New York on April 28. The device though has already gone on sale in South Korea where LG is also doling out quite a few goodies to push sales.
The LG G4 has already raked up some considerable interest among buyers in the US who have likened it as a genuine alternative to the iPhone 6 and the Galaxy S6. Apart from its impressive specs sheet that mentions a 6 core Snapdragon 808 chip, 3 GB RAM and a stunning 5.5 inch quad HD display, the other aspect that has caught on the fancy of most is its genuine leather back that is to be available in 6 color options.
