"Fifty Shades Darker" is more than a year away from being shown in theaters across the globe, but as early as now, details about the film's production are already being teased.
"Fifty Shades of Grey" star Rita Ora, who plays the role of Christian Grey's little sister, Mia, recently confirmed that the production of "Fifty Shades Darker" is already moving forward, according to Inquisitr.
The singer/songwriter's revelation also heightened speculations among fans that she will be reprising her role as Mia this coming February 2017.
Meanwhile, there have also been some speculations when it comes to the casting of "Fifty Shades Darker."
In the upcoming sequel, three new characters namely, Mrs. Robinson, Jack Hyde and Leila Williams will be introduced. Each of the three characters will play a crucial part in the story of Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) and Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson).
As of late, there have been no confirmations yet from Universal Pictures as to who will be play these roles but some fans are speculating that actress Charlize Theron could play Mrs. Robinson.
Other "Fifty Shades Darker" fans are also hinting on the possibility of seeing "Man of Steele" actor Henry Cavill in the movie. According to them, he could play the role of Jack Hyde or Anastasia's new boss.
Additionally, fans are suggesting that the role of Leila Williams, also known as Christian's former submissive, could go to "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star Kendall Jenner, supermodel Cara Delevingne or Lily Allen, Design N Trend reported.
"Fifty Shades Darker" is slated for release in the U.S. this coming February 2017. "Fifty Shades Freed" will be released in February 2018.
