iOS 8.3 untethered jailbreak download is finally here courtesy of Chinese jailbreaking group - TaiG.
TaiG released the iOS 8.3 untethered jailbreak for Windows, which can be downloaded in the developer's website, and is compatible to iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices. However, the jailbreak developer warned the community that some of the tweaks were not compatible with iOS 8.3 as Jay Freeman (saurik) must update the Cydia Substrate/Mobile Substrate to be compatible with the new jailbreak. Meanwhile, the iOS 8.3 jailbreak tool for OS X is still missing in action.
iOS 8.3 jailbreak will enable Apple devices to download and install unapproved third-party apps, tweaks, mods, custom themes, utilities, and other content from Cydia, which is the App Store of jailbroken devices. TaiG released stable iOS 8 jailbreaks in the past.
Aside from TaiG, other Chinese jailbreaking teams Pangu and PP Assistant are bound to release their versions of the iOS 8.3 jailbreak in July.
Meanwhile, Apple plans to roll out the iOS 8.4 Golden Master version and iOS 9 Beta 2 today to registered developers, according to Mac Rumors. Previous rumors claimed that the software will be released on June 29. iOS 8.4 includes new features like Apple Music and improved Siri.
If you want to enjoy the iOS 8.3 jailbreak, you may want to say pass to the iOS 8.4 as the new iOS version will fix all issues in terms of security and will patch all of its vulnerabilities.
In addition, Chinese developers TaiG and K33n are working separately on the upcoming iOS 9 jailbreak and will release it in the fall, according to WCCF Tech.
