Google Nexus 5 2015 release date will reportedly happen in October and new rumors suggest that the new Nexus smartphones will sport specs and features similar to other handsets of the manufacturer - Huawei Mate 8 and LG G Pro 3.
According to Trusted Reviews, while Chinese company Huawei teased about the upcoming Huawei Mate 8, it could provide some clues on the features packed in the Nexus smartphone that Huawei is rumored make.
Rumors claimed that Huawei will manufacture a 6-inch smartphone for the Nexus program. It is more likely to sport similarities to Mate 8. Some of the rumored features of Mate 8 are 6-inch screen display with 1,440 x 2,560 pixel resolution, Kirin 950 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of built-in storage, 20.7-megapixel back camera and 8-megapixel front camera, and 4,100mAh battery.
On the other hand, a source from LG claimed that the Nexus smartphone the company that will be making will not resemble the previous Google Nexus 5 or LG G4. However, grapevine claimed that the handset may resemble the alleged LG G Pro 3.
Just like the Huawei Mate 8, LG G Pro 3 will sport a 6-inch screen display with qHD pixel resolution. Under the hood, the device is powered by Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 820 chipset and 4GBR AM, 32GB internal storage and a microSD card slot expandable storage, and 20.7MP rear camera with laser autofocus, dual-LED flash and 8MP front camera. The handset may include fingerprint sensor or pupil recognition, according to Android Authority.
However, nothing is certain yet as Google has not announced its plans yet for the Nexus program.
