Fans of "The Witcher 3" have been treated to a couple of free expansions following the game's launch. it appears that this time, for its first major expansion, titled "Heart of Stone," developer CD Projekt RED is busy preparing the add-on.
This was revealed via the recently concluded PAX Prime event in Seattle, where Travis Currit from the CD Projekt RED team revealed that the expansion is almost ready for release, DualShockers reported.
Heart of Stone will reportedly add 10 more hours to the gameplay of "The Witcher 3." This expansion will come in October and it will be the first paid in the series.
Similarly, the developer has teased some updates that are brewing for Gwent fans. Sadly, players will need to wait for updates, as the developer did not appear ready to divulge more information.
Still, there is no lack in "The Witcher 3" updates, as a new leak showcased a couple of previously unseen concept images for the title. It appears that most of the images are from the unreleased mini-game, Gamepur reported.
As seen in the captured images, the sheer amount of detail in the concept images are astounding. But interestingly, these same images bear some resemblance to some of the screens within the actual "The Witcher 3" game.
Another video, seen below, shows how players can access the glitch via the Xbox One dashboard. This will reportedly yield the concept images, especially for those who are accessing the latest patch and are getting a 7.3GB worth of file instead of the expected 2.3GB download.
A lot of the images showcase "The Witcher 3" world's different settings, including houses, mountains and landscapes. There are a total of 19 images that can be accessed, if the Xbox One glitch works for users.
