Eva Mendes asked Ryan Gosling to stay away from Emma Stone. Recent reports suggest that "The Notebook" actor's baby mama is jealous of the two possibly hooking up in the musical film "La La Land."
According to National Enquirer, via Youth Health Mag, Mendes allegedly sent a message to Stone asking the former to stay away from her beau. With Stone and Andrew Garfield reportedly on the verge of another break up, the actress did not want to take any chances.
Mendes reportedly heard that the couple is going through a rough patch and did not want her partner to be caught in the middle.
Stone and Garfield, however, were spotted getting cozy on several occasions. Many fans speculated that the two never actually broke up and only needed some time apart.
Rumors of Stone and Gosling possibly dating circulated online when the actor publicly declared his admiration for her.
"Show me a man who wouldn't give it all up for Emma Stone and I'll show you a liar," he said via International Business Times.
Stone also shared that she was beyond ecstatic when she found out that she will be working with Gosling again after "Crazy, Stupid, Love." The actress shared that it was always fun to work with people again, as she is already familiar with their acting process.
Since "La La Land" is a musical, Stone added that it would be more enjoyable to have a leading man whom she is comfortable with. She shared that she is looking forward to their scenes together.
