‘ANTM’ Cycle 22 Top 5 Update: ‘Switched At Birth’ Actor Nyle DiMarco Is At No. 2

"America's Next Top Model" cycle 22 episode 12 "The Guy Who Closed the Deal in Vegas" will air on The CW on Oct. 30, Friday. Tyra Banks will announce the top five finalists of the competition's final cycle.

Among the six finalists who are still in the running to become America's next top model, the youngest one has the highest average score. After eight judging panels, her average score is 34.8. The second highest average score is that of the competition's first ever deaf contestant and "Switched at Birth" actor, which is 34.0.

It appears that Rogers, DiMarco, Heverly and Adjei have the potential to win "ANTM" without having been in the bottom two. The first "ANTM" winner to achieve this is cycle 8 winner Jaslene Gonzalez, who spoke at 2015 Sigma Lambda Gamma sisterhood retreat in July, UWire reported.

Meanwhile, in a recent interview with MTV, DiMarco revealed that he was offered a recurring role for "Switched at Birth" before "ANTM" cycle 22. He had to pick only one and he chose the latter.
