Apple iPad Air 3 release will happen soon as iPad Air 2 and other Apple tablets get huge discounts.
The retailer Best Buy has taken $125 off the price of the Apple iPad Air 2 (link). Furthermore, the discount applies to all available versions, including Wi-Fi and cellular and storage capacities.
That means the 64GB iPad Air 2 with Wi-Fi, which is generally priced at $599, is $474.99 with free shipping. Also, the original iPad Air and the iPad Mini 4 are selling at $100 discounts.
Apple iPad Air 2, which was released in October last year, comes with a 9.70-inch screen with a resolution of 1536 pixels by 2048 pixels.
The device has 2GB of RAM and is powered by 1.5GHz dual-core Apple A8X processor. The iPad Air 2 packs 16GB of internal storage that cannot be expanded.
Furthermore, it sports an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. The Apple iPad Air 2 weighs 437.00 grams and runs iOS 8.1.
In September, the tech giant Apple announced the new iPad Mini 4 and iPad Pro; however, the iPad Air 3 did not make an appearance. Now, according to several reports, the iPad Air 3 will be launched in March 2016.
The iPad Air 3 will feature a 9.7-inch display with a 4k resolution and will have a 2GB to 4GB RAM. In addition, the upcoming device will be powered by an A9X processor and will have an 8 MP camera.
Also, according to an International Business Times report, iPad Air 3 will have a fingerprint scanner and will cost around $610.
