There are several TV viewers avidly waiting for the return of "The Walking Dead" season 6, but American television channel AMC hates to have its fans forget its other zombie show - "Fear of the Walking Dead." To entice a lot of viewers, the network released a short video on what to expect from the upcoming season of the popular TV series.

The short video simply showed few of the most memorable moments of season 1 and reacquainted fans to Travis Manawa (Cliff Curtis), Victor Strand (Colman Domingo), the Salazars - Ofelia (Mercedes Mason) and Daniel (Ruben Blades), and the Clarks - Nick (Frank Dillane), Madison (Kim Dickens), and Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey). The video ends with a shot of the ocean; a sound of a passing plane is heard with its shadow visible as it flies by.

The first season ends with the existing survivors moving toward Strand's yacht, who seemingly intends to end the zombie apocalypse at sea. With the shot of the water, it substantiates rumors that the season will allow one to see people escaping by heading towards the open sea.

The airplane is a more direct indicator to the show's TV web series, "Fear the Walking Dead: Flight 462." Fans comprehend that at the end of all its episodes, the lone survivor after the crash will join the cast in "Fear the Walking Dead" season 2. No news is ever heard about the lone survivor, but avid viewers speculate that it's either Brendan Meyer's Jake, the adolescent flying alone, or Charlie, the sullen Asian portrayed by Michelle Ang.

Aside from the lone survivor of Flight 462, the TV series season 2 will include two new casts, in the person of Veronica Diaz and Dougray Scott. As per reports, "Desperate Housewives" alum Scott has signed a contract for a repeated role in the show. There are no details mentioned about his role but he can be asked to portray Casey, a character defined as confident and decent being a leader, someone who is sorrowful but inclined to accept the relevant violence for a new vision.

Meanwhile, Diaz will play Vanessa, an intelligent individual whose innocent look can be misleading. She is someone who throws herself into her work with reckless abandon.
