Ever since Lauren Bushnell has been revealed to be the rumoured winner of "The Bachelor" Season 20 (2016) winner, stories about her past have been making the rounds. It is reported that Ben Higgin's final rose winner has an arrest record.
According to Reality Steve, the 25-year-old bachelorette has a police record in Riverside County Sheriff's Department. Lauren was reportedly arrested for public intoxication in April, 2015.
Considering RS's finale spoilers, it is safe to assume that Lauren's police record is not a big deal for Higgins. The blogger assures that the issue is addressed in the season.
According to RS' episode-by-episode spoilers for "The Bachelor" Season 20 (2016), Lauren and JoJo Fletcher make it to the final round. However, Higgins gives his final rose to Lauren in the finale, wherein the bachelor proposes her. It is said that the couple end up getting engaged at the finale rose ceremony.
Fans know that Higgins had a special connection with Lauren from the start. The flight attendant from Oregon was the first one to make her limo arrival at "The Bachelor" Season 20 (2016) premiere. She is also the first rose recipient.
Earlier, in an interview with ET Online, Higgins revealed certain qualities that he is looking for in his future wife. "I want somebody that has a good foundation. A foundation in their faith, a foundation with their family, [and] somebody who's excited to have a family," Higgins said.
"I'd like to find somebody that isn't incredibly high maintenance. That would be nice because my life isn't very high maintenance," the 26-year-old software salesman added.
It seems Lauren may have all that the bachelor is looking for. According to the bachelorette's official bio on the ABC's official website, marriage "means a lot" to her and her family is the most important for her. For her marriage means starting her own family. At the same time, she believes that the way to a man's heart is through her stomach. She would like to treat her man with a home cooked meal when she wants to flatter him.
