Update: The promo starts with Gibbs telling the court that she wants to let Mike but she can't because he is a liar. Elsewhere, Louis blames Harvey for the mess. "Every single one of us is going to jail because of what you did," Louis tells Harvey.
Meanwhile, Harvey asks the name of all the jurors from Donna. But, she thinks what Harvey is asking for is illegal. "It is called breaking the law and I don't wanna be any part of it," Donna says and walks away.
Towards the end of the video, Louis is in Gibbs office and he tells her that if he gives proof that Harvey knew about Mike, will she help him get immunity.

Sarah Rafferty talked in the latest interview with Collider that things will get dark as the season moves towards its conclusion. The new episode of "Suits" showcases Louis considering Gibbs' offer while Rachel gives Mike an advice about how to win hearts in the courtroom.
Meanwhile, Donna doesn't want Harvey to do take any hasty decisions while Jessica believes that Harvey should act like Harvey. The new episode will also see Mike and Harvey working on a new strategy.
"Louis considers Anita Gibbs' offer to turn on his compatriots; Rachel advises Mike on how to win hearts and minds in the courtroom; Donna begs Harvey to not do anything rash while Jessica thinks he should; and Harvey and Mike contemplate a new strategy," reads the synopsis of the upcoming instalment.
