After airing an emotional episode 11, "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 will return with episode 12 on March 3. The instalment is titled "My Next Life" and it will feature someone from Meredith's past. "My Next Life" will focus on Meredith again. The events of the segment are expected to remind her of the days when she had entered Grey Sloan Memorial hospital as an intern. According to the synopsis for "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 episode 12 on the network's official website, there is a blast from Meredith's past.

Meredith's patient on whom she performed her very first surgery as an intern under her late husband Derek Shepherd's guidance is readmitted in the hospital. It is detected that the patient has developed a new aneurysm and needs immediate medical attention. Only time will tell, what Meredith's reaction to the news will be. However, it is bound to bring back memories from her early days in the hospital, when she still had Derek and her best friend Christina around.

Meanwhile, Maggie is confused if Richard already knows about her relationship with Andrew. And Arizona continues to ponder over dating life. She might end up in an argument about it.
