The Android Marshmallow upgrade is finally coming to numerous LG devices on the US Cellular, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint and Verizon network carriers.

LG G4, LG G3, LG G4 Stylo, LG V10, along with LG G Flex 2 will receive this update starting this month. United States network carriers like US Cellular, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon will make this update available for their users.

LG G4:

Regarding LG G4, Sprint was the first network carrier to rollout the update to its users. US Cellular and T-Mobile followed it thereafter. Verizon is currently rolling it to their users, and AT&T is expected to follow pretty soon. All the LG G4 users across the world will get this update within this month.

LG G3:

Coming to the LG G3, it was confirmed to get the update from the begining stage itself, according to GSM Arena. Network carrier Verizon was the first one to upgrade its devices with the update. Other carriers AT&T, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and Sprint are expected to follow soon. The international variant of LG3 is expected to start getting the Android Marshmallow upgrade in March. The previous flagship from LG will reportedly skip Android Lollipop 5.1 and jump straight to Android Marshmallow.

Other LG Devices:

Now for the other handsets, Android Marshmallow started to roll out on from March 10th for the LG V10.  The release of Android Marshmallow for the LG G Flex 2 along with the LG G Stylo will also begin either this month, or the next. 

It was reported that the LG G Flex 2 will get its hands on the Android upgrade starting this month, but the exact date is not confirmed yet. The LG G Stylo is also reported to follow the lead of LG G Flex 2. This device recently received its upgrade to Android Lollipop in February. The LG G4 Pro is expected to come with Android Marshmallow out of the box.

Android Marshmallow will enhance the battery life of the device and also increase the usablity factor. It will also provide support for fingerprint recognition and USB Type-C connector, according to BGR.
