For those who are eager to see "Final Fantasy 7 Remake," unfortunately this is the closest thing they can get as opposed to a new footage for game, and Square Enix is yet to make any new announcement or update concerning the much-awaited "Final Fantasy 7 Remake." However, it has been known for quite some time now that the upcoming remake will be released episodically.

Speaking in a blog post later in 2015 via Polygon, game producer Yoshinori Kitase said, "With 'Final Fantasy VII Remake,' we have the opportunity to go beyond the story, world and experience of 'Final Fantasy VII' in ways we've always dreamed of - from the depths of Midgar to the skies above the Planet. The multi-part format enables us to expand the original story and turn it into an epic experience for fans and new gamers alike."

Meanwhile, the game producer unveiled via Siliconera that 2016 is still a year of preparations for "Final Fantasy 7 Remake." DICE is planning to create a fresh value for the hardware that is the PS4 for the next announcement. According to Kitase, DICE might choose to cut some parts of the storyline and make the IP more condensed.

In case the statement is true, "Final Fantasy 7" fans will see an earlier release for the remake, possibly by 2017 in PS4 version. There were rumors that the game will come out on Nintendo NX, although Square Enix has not yet confirmed such speculations.
