New details for "Legends of Tomorrow" will feature Jonah Hex appearance in a new episode plot details and filming of the season finale to start this week.

The plot details for "Legends of Tomorrow" episode 11 titled "Magnificent Eight" will feature Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill), Ray Palmer/ (Brandon Routh), Sara Lance/White Canary, Leonard Snart/Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) and the rest of the team land in the "Old West".

At some point the team are in a fight with a group of outlaws and luckily and "old friend" of Rip has shown up to save them in the form of Jonah Hex (Johnathon Schaech), Comic Book Resources reported. Jonah Hex is one of the new DC characters introduced in the "Arrowverse" and probably aware of Rip's job as a Time Master in the show seeing as he is depicted as an old friend of his.

Jonah Hex in "Legends of Tomorrow" might have some insights of the whereabouts of the show's primary antagonist, Vandal Savage (Casper Crump) or having some sort of connection with him simialr to their comic book counterparts.

There rumors that Jonah Hex could be one of the few characters joining Rip's group as the showrunners teased a reshuffle of team members with Carter Hall/Hawkman (Falk Hentschel) being dead and Mick Rory/Heat Wave (Dominic Purcell) being abandoned and marooned somewhere.

In other news, the film shoot for the season finale of "Legends of Tomorrow" will begin this week as executive producer Marc Guggenheim tweeted the script for the episode 16 titled,"Legendary".

The photo also contains a scheduled shoots for episode 16 starting from March 21 to Aril 1, ComicBook reported. The season finale is said to have an appearance from a beloved superhero in the DC comics as fans theorized that it could be Rip's father, Michael Jon Carter/Booster Gold, while other characters that are speculated to join the team are Animal Man, Vixen and Elongated Man.

Conner Hawke/Green Arrow (Joseph David-Jones) and John Constantine (Matt Ryan) are also teased to join the team and possible appear in season 2 of the show.

"Legends of Tomorrow" will return on March 31 8pm on the CW Network.
