Film director Zack Snyder told IGN that he thought long and hard on which character he should bring in the "Justice League" movie and to him those were the heavy hitters in the roster such as Superman, Bataman, Wonder Woman, The Flash etc., although he added that there is room for more heroes in the League and have a little back for the next "shock of awesomeness".

So far, six members have been featured in main roster of the "Justice League" movie with Green Lantern not yet added to roster. It was through Bruce Wayne/Batman's (Ben Affleck) "dream sequence" that he must find other metahumans in the world and Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) has a been researching on them if ever they became a threat. With the death Clark Kent/Superman (Henry Cavill) in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice", Batman with the help of Wonder Woman must seek out these individuals as a far greater threat lurks in the dark reaches of space.

Snyder wanted Bruce Wayne to set up the "Justice League" as he stated that if Superman was around would be a different story. Bruce Wayne havinv to find these individuals will have a very interesting take in the film.

Executive producer Deborah Snyder added that the "Justice League" movie will be lighter than tone than "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" because of the characters themselves as one specific hero will bring a little humor in it, hinting at Barry Allen/The Flash.

In other news, movie actor and song writer Tyrese Gibson teased a possibility that he will be playing Green Lantern in part one of the "Justice League" movie.

The "Fast and Furious" star told Larry King during his appearance in the "Larry King Now" that he had a meeting with Warner Bros. regarding his possible role as Green Lantern in part one. Tyrese teased that he might have a shot on playing the Emerald Knight in the DCEU, ComicBook reported. Tyrese has been campaigning for playing the role Green Lantern in DCEU several years back as Green Lantern will not be an individual character , but it the whole Green Lantern corps. will featured into the DC films.

Previous reports claim that Green Lantern will appear in part two of the "Justice League" movie as producer Charles Roven stated that they are still putting together the full details of the movie. Fans and viewers will probably see Green Lantern in part two or in his solo movie.

"Younger" TV series star Dan Amboyer is rumored to play Hal Jordan/Green Lantern in the DCEU and since the whole Green Lantern corp. is involved there is a possibility that Tyrese could portray John Stewart in the future films.

"Justice League" movie part 1 is scheduled on Nov. 17, 2017, while part 2 is on June 14, 2019.
