The latest details for "Final Fantasy XV" features the official launch date, new demo gameplay, a CGI movie, an anime episode and a collector's edition for the sequel.

Square Enix held the "Final Fantasy XV: Uncovered" event this week as video game and die-hard "Final Fantasy" fans have been anticipating this event for a long time. The event will feature a new gameplay demo, new trailers and a possible release date of the game.

To start off, "Final Fantasy XV" will official launch on Sept. 30 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, which confirms that past reports and rumors surrounding the September release date, PlayStationLifeStyle reported.

Square Enix also revealed a new platinum demo gameplay for "FFXV" which features a young Noctis in a dream like sequence and makes a friend in the form of the summon monster Carbuncle. In the demo, Noctis will have to collect several glowing orbs scattered around certain areas within his kingdom, even in a giant version of a modern day child’s bedroom. There are also several side quest and activities in the dream sequence, including the a combat practice.

The "Final Fantasy XV: Uncovered" event also features a new trailer for "Final Fantasy XV" as it revealed more plot details within the sequel. The video revealed Noctis role in the game as the key the kingdom of Lucis' "redemption" against the antagonistic kingdom of Niflhiem. Noctis is the protector of his kingdom's crystals and must reclaim his throne as he and his friends Gladiolus, Prompto and Ignis must travel, fight and survive the harsh world outside his home. New enemies are introduced in the trailer including a"Titan" like monster, day and night camping, Chocobo riding and several mini-games.

In addition, Square Enix released a CGI movie trailer for the game called "Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV", which the developers have been working on in secret for three years. It features Luna Freya and King Regis in a story that takes place during the events within the game and will center on the conflict between two kingdoms; Lucis and Niflheim.

An anime episode for "Final Fantasy XV" titled "Brotherhood: Final Fantasy" will feature Noctis and his friends travelling the roadside and serves as a backstory for the four main characters.

Lastly, Square Enix announced that "Final Fantasy XV" will have a Deluxe and Ultimate collector's editions. The Ultimate collector's edition will be limited as 30,000 units are available worldwide and gamers can purchase them online in the Square Enix online store. It features an exclusive Play Arts Kai Noctis, a hardcover 192 page artbook, the "Brotherhood" special soundtrack, "Final Fantasy XV" game, the "Kingsglaive" CGI movie on Blu-ray and several additional DLC.

The Deluxe collector's edition will include the "Final Fantasy XV" game, "Kingsglaive" CGI movie and the same DLC featured in the Ultimate collector’s edition. It also comes with a cool looking steel book and it will be much cheaper, Attack of the Fanboy reported
