The Tennessee Titans are reportedly willing to trade their No. 1 pick in this year's NFL draft, and rumors have it that the Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers could be in play to take the bait for a possible move.

Peter King of the MMQB claimed that the Titans are receiving plenty of interests in their top pick, adding that there is a chance Tennessee will trade the rights to pick first in the 2016 NFL Draft. According to King, teams like the 49ers and Eagles  who may need a top-talented quarterback might be interested acquiring the Titans' No. 1 pick.

"The Titans, holders of the first pick in the draft, will have a chance to make a deal," King wrote. "The Titans have received significant interest in the pick. I believe it is now 50-50 whether Tennessee will trade it or keep it."

"But there are teams like San Francisco or Los Angeles or Philadelphia that might want a quarterback, and might be desperate enough to overpay for the top pick."

The Eagles are reportedly keen on picking a quarterback in the upcoming draft, and rumors point to Philadelphia gaining interest at Carson Wentz from North Dakota.

However, the Cleveland Browns, who holds the No. 2 pick, are also projected to opt for Wentz, according to SB Nation's latest NFL mock draft. If the Eagles really want the 23-year-old quarterback, it only makes sense for them to trade for the Titans' No. 1 selection.

Meanwhile, the 49ers are also in need of a quality quarterback over rumors of Colin Kaepernick possibly joining the Denver Broncos via trade.  According to Erik Lambert of Fansided, San Francisco could be eyeing a move that could potentially give the 49ers the rights to draft a quarterback in Wentz or Jared Goff.

"The price is not likely to be as expensive as it would be in other years due to the general lack of star power at the top. Still, if the 49ers are keen to get a quarterback and have a particular one in mind, then they must get ahead of the Cleveland Browns who sit at #2," Lambert noted.

But in Eric Edholm of Shutdown Center's latest mock draft, the 49ers are projected to land Goff even without a trade with the Titans. If this scenario happens, it would be a delightful news for San Francisco, who also have 12 selections in this year's draft.
