"Resident Evil's" popularity initiated the release of games related to it, yet offers a different attack to the gamers. "Umbrella Corps," as the latest spin-off of the game, was announced to have a May 2016 release date, but it seems that fans may not be able to play the game by that time.

It has been confirmed by Capcom itself, via their official website, that the game's release date has been moved, and that fans can expect the game to be available by June 21. The reason that led to the unfortunate delay is Capcom's admission that the game still needs more optimization. As a result, the developers of the game would need additional time to do the said optimizations.

Although this announcement left the fans very disappointed, there is still a positive scenario from it. Capcom said that the optimization will definitely benefit the gamers, because it will eventually provide a better gaming experience to the players.

As of the moment, the game's developer recently released its latest trailer of "Umbrella Corps." The trailer "Mercenary Customization" revealed how the gamers can be able to customize their character's weapons, but the players would need to earn enough coins to do so.

Among the weapons that gamers can unlock and customize is the Doberman Pincer, a lethal shotgun that can easily destroy enemies. Another one is the K-12 AX, or a sub machine gun. Samurai Edge, which is also among the weapons, is a handgun that was used in the Resident Evil series.

According to Forbes, the trailer also exposed that the players can customize the reactions of their character through the I.C.O.N system (Interconnected Communications Operations Network). The system makes it possible for the players to use gestures and sounds as their means of communication with the other players in the game.

Hopefully, the additional 1 month extension of "Umbrella Corps" video game is worth it. Nevertheless, the game will be both available for PlayStation 4 and PC this June 21 for $30.
