Apple released on Monday new TV adverts for the Apple Watch that highlight the wearable's apps and features while making use of celebrities to gain marketing influence. Three of the short ad spots, "Chase," "Row" and "Golf" in the ads focus on the fitness functions of the watch while the other four "Find," "Swap," "Surprise" and "Rain" highlight different features.

"Chase" features the third-party app Argus, as well as actor and singer Nick Jonas, who competes a friend on leaderboard steps. "Golf" has Alice Cooper, who appeared upset with his golf swing, Apple Insider said. The wearable can help push the user during a workout in "Row."

Actress Chloë Sevigny is searching for her phone in "Find." It shows how one can use the watch to ping a misplaced iPhone. Leon Bridges demoes two of the band options of the smartwatch in "Swap." It centers on the wearable's customization features, showing how the band used with the watch can be changed so it goes with any outfit for any occasion. It stars Jon Batiste, the musician who leads "The Late Show" band, 9to5Mac said.

Siri and HomeKit are the highlights in "Surprise," the ad showcasing how one can control lights in the home, while "Rain" has third-party app Dark Sky weather application which can exactly inform when bad weather is approaching.

All the 15 to 16 seconds long seven spots have similar Watch ad aesthetics with the celebrities performing against a multi-colored and spartan backdrop.

Released in April 2015, Apple's iPhone-tailored watch is favored for its stylish design and clever interface, but its high price tends to be an obstacle for other consumers.

The short ads followed a new ad for the fourth-generation Apple TV that stars NBA player Kobe Bryant. It is believed Apple Inc. is working on a new watch which could be announced this year. Though features are not known yet, it is said to be an "s" upgrade which means, enhancements are more on the internal specs rather than in changing the device' overall design.

The game is on for actor and singer Nick Jonas in the following new Apple Watch ad "Chase."
