Song Joong Ki's management agency warned the public about the false information being spread off and online. It has reached Blossom Entertainment that there are people who are advertising Song's fan meeting in Malaysia and Singapore but it turned out that the said countries are not included in the actor's meet and greet tour activities.
On May 3, the agency informed the public that they received reports that some groups have been misleading the fans by promoting fan meet events in false locations. It was added that the swindlers are advertising the event as Song's promo tour for his hit drama series "Descendants of the Sun," Yonhap News reported.
To guide and protect the public from possible scams using the promotion of fake fan meet, Blossom Entertainment released the official schedule of the "2016 Song Joongki Asia Fan Meeting" tour. The dates and locations are as follows: Bangkok (May 7), Beijing (May 14), Wuhan (May 21), Guangzhou (May 27), Shenzhen (May 28), Shanghai (June 6), Hong Kong (June 11), Chengdu (June 17) and finally in Taipei (June 25).
In addition, the meet and greet with fans has been organized by Blossom with support from CN Bless, HS E&C and Love & Live. The names of official organizers were listed so that fans will be aware and avoid dealing with groups that have no official connection with the event.
Meanwhile, despite the fact that the mega-hit drama "Descendants of the Sun" has concluded already, there are still many fans who insist that Joong Ki is romantically involved with Song Hye Kyo. In an attempt to prove their claims, many fans have been posting photos of the pair and captioning them with words that suggest it was taken during a date.
However, until now, there is no concrete proof that will confirm that the two stars are indeed more than friends. They have also previously denied the rumors and in one interview, the actor even said that he and Hye Kyo just laugh off such reports.
Likewise, in an interview with the KBS 1TV's News9, Song said, "We believe that people say those things about dating because they love our drama series so much." He added that they are actually enjoying the situation.
