Middling club Torino FC (12-15-9, 45 points) is set to face heartbreak team SSC Napoli (23-6-7, 76 points) at the Olimpico di Torino on May 8th, Sunday as the 2015-2016 Serie A season winds down to its final matchdays.

With two games left in their current campaign, Torino is at the 10th spot of the current league table, 15 points behind the second and last Europa League qualifying slot presently held by fifth-placed team ACF Fiorentina but 10 points above the bottom three relegation area composed of Palermo, Frosinone, and Hellas Verona.

Il Toro is coming off a lopsided 5-1 demolition of lowly squad Udinese Calcio on the road last Saturday at the Dacia Arena, via ESPN.

The visitors built a 2-0 advantage in the first half of play with goals from Swede defender Pontus Jansson and Ghanaian midfielder Afriyie Acquah at the 12th and 45th minutes respectively.

Udinese managed to score a consolation goal two minutes after the restart with a header from Brazilian defender Felipe, but Torino answered back with three goals the rest of the way, a double from Venezuelan striker Josef Martinez at the 50th and 83rd and one from Italian striker Andrea Belotti at the 56th, to complete the team's impressive five-goal haul.

The win snapped the Maroons two-game losing skid.

Meanwhile, Napoli went back to its old form with a 2-0 thrashing of lowly side Atalanta BC at their home ground of San Paolo Stadium on Monday, as reported by Football Italia.

This season's top goalscorer, Argentine striker Gonzalo Higuaín, netted the two goals for head coach Maurizio Sarri's squad at the 10th and 77th minutes to finally bring the team back to its winning ways, albeit already too late to overtake newly-crowned champions Juventus for the Scudetto.

With only two matches left in Gli Azzurri's campaign this term, Napoli have already lost the chance of winning their third Serie A title in history after playing superbly for most of the season.

The predicted result is a 2-0 victory for Napoli.
