When China’s regulator banned the posting of videos women eating banana for being too erotic, perhaps the Ministry of Justice should have also included corn on the cob too.
After all, both food are elongated and could be interpreted as phallic symbols. However, those who posted videos of themselves eating corn on the cob made sure it was not done erotically. So rather than peel the corn and slowly part the hair – which could be made to look like pubic hair – they placed the corn on the cob on a drilling machine.
The problem is that Good Mythical Morning posted on YouTube on June 2015 of two men who successfully ate corn on the cob attached to a drill. The video has become viral with almost 3 million hits.
Then it was followed by a Chinese man doing the same trick successfully in 10 seconds.
This has inspired Corn on the Drill Challenges which a Chinese girl tried and failed miserably. Unfortunately for the teen Chinese who tried it, her long hair was loose and part of it was caught by the exposed part of the drill when she failed to bite the fast-spinning corn on the cob.
The result is it pulled a patch of hair which left the poor girl with a bald spot on her left head. The video, since it was posted on April 30, got more than 1 million views and had become viral, reported CCTV.
Mashable reported that the teen was treated by a doctor and was assured she would be okay. However, it would take years to regrow her hair.
