"Hey guys, I took down the ‘Me Too' music video because they Photoshopped the crap out of me and I'm so sick of it and I'm over it," the singer explained on Snapchat. "So I took it down until they fix it."

According to Trainor, her waist is not that “teeny” and she had a “bomb waist” when they recorded the video. She continued saying that she does not understand why they did not like her waist but she did not approve it. The singer confessed that she feels deeply embarrassed over this editing issue.

“Me Too” is the second single from Trainor’s new album titled “Thank You.” According to Entertainment Weekly, the song draws some similarities to the singer’s recent single, “No” and both are set in a more contemporary setting straying away from Trainor’s previous retro-themed videos. It’s also palpable that Trainor is experimenting with genre in “Thank You” by injecting rap-inspired elements.

Albeit the setback, the Grammy-winning artist remains satisfied with her second single this year sharing that the controversial video is one of her favorite works and she is really proud of it. She admits though that she is unhappy over how the team messed up her body image. “I'm just pissed off that they broke my ribs. You know?"

“Thank You” is set to be released on May 13, Friday. Check out Meghan Trainor’s music video of “No” below:
