"Game of Thrones" season 6 could see the Lannisters taking down the Tyrells and the Sparrows.

In episode 4, Tommen (Dean-Charles Chapman) told Cersei (Lena Headey) that she should be cautious of the High Sparrow (Jonathan Pryce).

At that time, Tommen told Cersei that he spoke with High Sparrow, but he failed to reveal what exactly they talked about.

Following the episode, one fan came up with a theory suggesting, "It's my belief that the High Sparrow told Tommen about Tyrells' involvement in Joffrey's (Jack Gleeson) murder. Judging by the tears in Tommen's eyes when he's about to tell Cersei, it seemed to be the worst possible news. I believe it's Ser Loras (Finn Jones) who revealed this information as he seemed absolutely broken by his solitary confinement."

According to Design N Trend, the Lannisters and Tyrells have a very rocky relationship. If Tommen indeed found out about Tyrells' involvement in Joffrey's murder, the Lannisters could start an all-out war against the Tyrells.

Meanwhile, also in episode 4, Cersei and Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) made a deal with the Tyrells to bring in their army to King's Landing.

According to Esquire, this plans seems to favor the Lannisters.

"Everyone is waiting impatiently for Cersei's trial in the Sept. Literally everybody is going to be there. My character has let his guard down - he is absolutely certain that Cersei will show up. When the messengers inform him that she hasn't left her home he still believes that she is going to show up at the trial because in his opinion she should be there," Polish magazine Kawerna reported as translated by Mashable.

In other news, "Game of Thrones" season 6, episode 5 had a completely different focus.

Here's the synopsis for "The Door": "Sansa confronts Littlefinger (Aidan Gillen) about what he knew of Ramsay's (Iwan Rheon) intentions; Arya (Maisie Williams) gets an opportunity to prove himself; Bran (Isaac Hempstead Wright) is transported to a dangerous place; Tyron (Peter Dinklage) envisions an unusual alliance; Brienne (Gwendoline Christie) undertakes an important new mission."

"Game of Thrones" season 6, episode 5 will aired on HBO on May 22 at 9 p.m. ET.
