The latest details and possible spoilers for "Doctor Strange" will feature new theories on Mads Mikkelsen's villain and Stephen Strange joining the Avengers in "Avengers: Infinity War".
Several rumors are making rounds regarding new Marvel characters appearing in "Avengers Infinity War" such as Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Rocket Raccoon (Bradley Cooper), Captain Marvel (rumored to be Brei Larson) and many more. The inclusion of both Star-Lord and Rocket hints of a team-up with the Avengers in the film, while Captain Marvel is rumored to leads Earth's Mightiest Heroes in part 2 of the film.
Joining their ranks is Marvel's Sorcerer Supreme Doctor Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) as "Avengers: Infinity War" co-screen writer Stephen McFeely explains the film's scheduling conflicts in the production and hinted Cumberbatch name in it, HitFix reported.
Doctor Strange will first appear in his solo movie on November and will introduce the concept of magic and mysticism within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
So far, there is no word yet from Cumberbatch side regarding his participation in "Avengers: Infinity War" or which part of the film will he appear with the Avengers.
However, it is rumored that the Eye of Agamotto that Stephen Strange will be using in "Doctor Strange" movie will an Infinity Stone, possibly the Time Stone and since "Avengers: Infinity War" will be focused on Thanos (Josh Brolin) quest in collecting all Infinity Stones, fans will no doubt see Stephen Strange fight the Mad Titan alongside the Avengers.
In other news, several new theories about Mads Mikkelsen's character in "Doctor Strange" the movie as three Marvel characters are hinted to be his character's identity.
Mikkelsen's character is described as a powerful sorcerer and a former disciple of the Ancient One (Tilda Swinton), who broke from her sec to start his own.
The first choice for Mikkelsen's character could be the dimensional demon Dormammu, while other claim that he could be Nightmare or the rogue sorcerer Xandu, who uses several mystical items to battle Stephen Strange, Collider reported.
For now, Marvel Studios has not revealed Mikkelsen's character name in "Doctor Strange" and fans might know him very soon when they announce new information or a new trailer launch.
Doctor Strange" is scheduled to release in cinemas on Nov. 4.
