"Jurassic World 2" has become one of the much anticipated movies, especially after the release and success of the first installment. It is speculated that the storyline for the upcoming movie would be a little different from the previous Jurassic movies in a way that this time, dinosaurs and the human species may be made to co-exist together.

The "Jurassic World" ended with Dr. Wu, a character played by BD Wong, escaping the island with embryos of dinosaurs, which he kept under his own care. It was then speculated that the embryos might be used to create the dinosaurs for military purposes, according to MTV.

However, it is now being speculated that the movie might see scientists working on a smaller version of the dinosaurs that are kept as a "pet" by children and families for support and company. In addition, it is being rumored that these dinosaurs might also be trained for a professional fight in the upcoming movie.

That means that the sequel to the "Jurassic World" night see dinosaurs roaming around the entire world and not just a single island. This further points to the statement made by Colin Trevorrow, the director of the first installment, in an interview with The Wired.

"It will not be just a bunch of dinosaurs chasing people on an island," Trevorrow said. "That'll get old real fast. I feel like the idea that this isn't always going to be limited to theme parks."

Trevorrow further reminded of one of Dr. Wu's dialogues in the "Jurassic World," wherein he warns Dr. Mesrani that "we're not always going to be the only ones who can make a dinosaur." That is, the whole idea of having dinosaurs might become an open-source technology in the "Jurassic World 2" with a number of entities being able to make dinosaurs around the world.

Having an open-source technology for making dinosaurs is an interesting idea that should be explored in the film, Trevorrow said, hinting at the possible plot for the upcoming sequel. That is the reason why fans are speculating dinosaurs, made by a number of firms and not just Ingen, to go way beyond an island in the forthcoming movie.

"Jurassic World 2" is expected to hit the box office on June 22, 2018. The following video provides a first look of the upcoming movie:
