Michael Schumacher, whose current health condition is still unknown, has been fighting for his life since his unfortunate accidents. The F1 racer is still in a critical condition, but this does not waver the hopes of his family, friends, and millions of fans worldwide.

It can be remembered that in December 2013, Schumacher was involved in an unfortunate skiing accident at French Alpine resort of Meribel. And almost three years after the accident, Schumacher is still fighting for his life while in a coma, needless to say that his body is still in an extremely critical condition.

Though there are no recent press releases regarding his official medical condition, speculations abound regarding his slow recovery. There were even reports this year proliferating online suggesting that for the seven-time world champion to fully recover, a miracle is needed. And this bold and yet unconfirmed statement was allegedly coming from an anonymous neurosurgeon.

Meanwhile, the speculated condition of Schumacher is somehow described as being "limited of awareness." The road to full recovery has been slow with no signs of a miracle anytime soon. And this reported update somehow draws us back to the previous emphasis on the condition of Schumacher as pointed out by Chief Anaesthetist Jean-Francois Payen while Schumacher was under the hospital's care.

"He's in a critical situation - this is considered to be extremely serious." SkyNews quoted Dr. Payen as saying. "We are working day and night at his bedside. It is too early to say anything as far as prognosis is concerned."

Though the F1 legend is still in a critical condition, family and friends are still hopeful for his recovery. Other reports, though lacking in details suggest that Schumacher is already "reacting," and that is according to Ferrari's former president, Luca di Montezemolo. And this may be the one of the reasons why Sabine Kehm, Schumacher's manager, re-echoed the message for hope during the "Lifetime Achievement Award" at Nurburgring last May 27, 2016.

"This award is an acknowledgement of his great willpower, his motivation, his talent, his discipline and his work ethic. SportsMole quoted Kehm as saying. "I realise we would all like it if Michael himself could be here, but unfortunately that is not possible. We have to accept it and learn to deal with it. We will continue to hope and do everything so that it will be different again."

Aside from the bits of information found on the web, no one outside the family knows the real condition of Schumacher for information are scarce, and accordingly his family is trying to conceal information from the media for privacy reasons. Despite the lack of substantial recovery updates, fans worldwide are in unison as they pray for the immediate recovery of Michael Schumacher as he tries to outrace death and win back life.
