The hit HBO show "Game of Thrones" has aired its season 6 finale on Sunday, June 26, that featured a few surprises and revelations that proved fan speculations, particularly about Jon Snow's parentage. Cast member Sophie Turner has shared her thoughts on how the big reveal may affect her character Sansa Stark's relationship with Jon, as well as the anticipated reunion between the Stark siblings.

Episode 10 of "Game of Thrones" Season 6 titled "The Winds of Winter" has shown fans several interesting plot developments that featured a lot of deaths, as well as the rise of new political powers. Jon's (Kit Harington) was hailed as the new King of the North and his true parents, Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen, was also revealed.

When Variety asked Turner whether Jon's true parentage will affect her character's relationship with the resurrected warrior, the actress stated that it will definitely impact how the two characters' will treat each other. She explained that Sansa has been influenced with how her mother resented Jon for being Ned Stark's alleged illegitimate child. Now that the big reveal has proven that Jon is not Ned's son, Turner commented that the truth may bring Sansa and Jon closer together.

Although the two characters are still unaware of this important fact, Turner commented that Jon's true parentage may be one of the positive things between the said characters. She teased that Sansa and Jon may encounter a few rifts in their relationship given political machinations and disagreements, similar to what happened in the latter episodes of "Game of Thrones" Season 6. However, Jon being Sansa's cousin instead of half-brother may serve as a good thing for the two of them. "It's good to have something that would probably draw them closer together," Turner stated.

Meanwhile, Season 6 of the HBO series has also shown the Stark siblings moving closer to each other. Arya (Maisie Williams) is in Westeros, while Bran (Isaac Hempstead Wright) appears to be heading south. A Stark reunion is something that many fans are hoping will happen in the upcoming new season of "Game of Thrones." Turner shared in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that Sansa's reunion with Arya and Bran may be different from a normal family reunion.

The actress explained that with the individual challenges and hardships that each Stark sibling went through, the family and personal dynamics have also changed. Each of the said characters now carries different battle scars and personal motives. However, Turner still described the potential Stark reunion as interesting and wonderful. Although she commented that the happy family reunion may not last long.
